Kolokan Black masterbatches for polyolefins and engineering plastics are charecterised with high jetness, blue undertone and easy processability. The range consists of masterbaches suitable for films, pipes, fibers, tapes, rotomoulding and injection/blow moulding.

Masterbatches with high UV stability, food contact approval and other customised requirements can be offered.

Besides the standard range, we also offer customized black master batches as per customer's requirement.

The following criteria are taken into consideration for designing a masterbatch :

Grade of Carbon Black:Suitable grade should be chosen for the final application.
Selection of Additive:The additive and its level of addition is dependent upon the type and loading of pigment in the master batch that enables better rheological properties in the final polymer matrix.
Selection of Polymer:The polymer most suitable for the final application should be selected.
