While designing colour masterbatches with the best gloss and dispersion, the following aspects are taken into consideration

Selection of Pigment:- Heat stability and light fastness and migration resistance of the pigment suitable for the final application.
Selection of Additive:- The selection and addition level of the additive depends on the type and loading of the pigment in the master batch to enable better rheological properties in the final polymer matrix.
Selection of Polymer:- Selection of the polymer suitable for the final application.

The final colour masterbatch testing is done either on a blown film or injection moulding & then tested in a spectrophotometer & a colour booth to ensure exact match at the customers site & quality consistency.
