Transparent Masterbatches (Trans)
TechnoTrans products are manufactured from low impurity and high whiteness
natural talc. It has been developed for customers in the Paint, Paper,
Powder Coating, Cosmetics, Ceramics, Elastomer and Plastics markets.
Main Ingredient
Talc/LLDPE or LDPE.
Available in the following grades

The benifits of using technotrans
- On addition it maintains the transparency of polymer
- Can be used along with color masterbatches to reduce costs, since it
does not affect the optical properties of the color masterbatch
significantly
- Prevents slitting & folding of tapes in tape lines from splitting
in machine direction
- Offers extremely good dispersion with any polymer
- Imparting certain degree of roughness to extruded/blown film &
thereby improving the anti-slip & anti-blocking property of film
surface.
- Cost reduction when used as a polymer extender.
- Improved sealibility in extruded film
- Improves physical properties like hardness, stiffness & impact
strength in extruded film.
- In extruded film
- Decreases extruder torque & increases machine throughput between
5 to 10%. This reduces the per kg energy cost, thereby reducing
processing costs
- Replace some of petroleum resources; reduce the burning-heat of
finished goods, so that the Burners life-span becomes longer. This
reduces energy consumption.
- Reduces screen choking & less wear & tear of screw, barrel &
die
Storage and Packing
Packed in woven sacks; net weight of bag is 40-kg.
Keep the bag in dry, cool, clean place with good ventilation, protect from
sunlight, rain and do not damage the package.
Product is partially hygroscopic, thus it is necessary to store it in a dry
place. Predrying before use is recommended.
The storage period at 25°C is 1 year
